CHECK-IN/OUT TIME

The hotel day starts at 4.00 PM and ends at 10.00 AM Please ask about the possibility of earlier home occupancy by phone the day before arrival. Please ask at the reception about the option of leaving home later too. Guests may leave their luggage for storage outside the hotel day. It is possible to use a shared bathroom.

LIGHTS-OUT PERIOD

From 10 PM to 6.00 AM

INTERNET

WiFi Internet at the resort for guests of Ajna Park is free. Please ask for the password at the reception desk.

Please drive carefully and slowly within the resort premises. Parking by the terrace is free of charge. One car is accepted for one vacation home.

RECEPTION

In high season, the reception is open from 8.00 AM to 8 PM, and in the off-season, the reception is open from 9.00 to 4.00 PM.

BIKE RENTAL

The bike rental is open during the reception opening hours. Price for 1 hour is 5 PLN. Price for 1 day (12h) 30 PLN.

PETS

Dogs - regardless of the nature of the breed and size - must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pets. The owners bear the cost of cleaning bedding after pets.

THE PLAYING FIELD

All volleyball balls and badminton rackets are available at the reception desk. The rent is free. Using the playing field is free of charge. In a situation where the ball or other object of the game falls outside the fence, please come to the neighbouring resort's reception. Glass items are not allowed on the playing field.

PLAYGROUND

Children up to 7 years old use the playground under the supervision of the adults. Please maintain cleanliness.

SAFETY
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the houses. Please keep burning grills outside the terrace. The resort is not responsible for items left in the houses.

DEFECTS

Guests are responsible for damaged and lost items during their stay, according to the price list of equipment in each house. Responsibility for damage beyond the list is based on the proof of purchase.

PRICES AND FEES

The prices do not include electricity and local fees. The electricity fee is calculated based on the difference in the meter reading on the day of arrival and departure, payable at the end of the stay at a rate of 0.9 PLN/KWH. The local fee is daily and amounts to 4 PLN for an adult and 2 PLN for children up to 7 years old. Prices can be discussed individually and differ from each other. The price includes 8% VAT.

FISH

It is forbidden to fry fish in the houses. Please fry and grill fish outside.

PAYMENTS
Please leave your payment at the beginning of your stay; payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.

VAT INVOICES

We issue VAT invoices. Please send the invoice data in advance by e-mail: info@ajnapark.pl
